As the project enters the construction phase, NACMC’s seamless transition to project managers / owner’s representatives ensures the success of the project and implementation of the contract documents and agreements in place between the various team members.
- Design oversight control & intent implementation.
- Monthly detailed project progress reports.
- Detailed review and analysis of monthly payment applications and change orders.
- Monitor construction progress, schedule and milestone dates.
- Work closely with the owner, architect and the construction team for material selection and design intent.
- Serve as liaison with entire team including owners, architects and contractors.
