  • Solicitation of general contractors and subcontractors bids.
  • Detailed review and analysis of general contractor’s budgets and contract GMP proposal.
  • Thoroughly analyze client needs, provide value management and professional expertise.
  • Participate in numerous value engineering exercises to achieve function through more innovative methods.
  • Extensive experience in negotiated, design/build and hard bid project delivery method.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors at the various stages of design to ensure drawing completion, avoid scope gaps and budget overruns.
  • Develop general contractor and subcontractor bid checklist to determine comprehensive and complete bids.
  • Negotiate and execute all preliminary and final Contracts with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
